This piece was composed for Daniel Dorff and dedicated to Jonathan Westerling. It includes a few glissandi and several M3 and m3 tremolos in its atonal language, but no other extended techniques. The music is moderately challenging, with a range extending to B4. There is also a version for bass clarinet.
