Two-men-and-a-woman: a lawyer and a moonshiner of the Ky hills are both in love with the same mtn girl and fight an inconclusive duel for her hand. The woman marries the lawyer who becomes gov of Ky and intends to wipe out moonshining. The moonshining former rival goes to kill the gov, but the daughter of the lawyer and the woman make the moonshiner repent.
